Oh, I see now, it looked like he was wearing a wool cap like Oskar's, that threw me off.
Thanks!

What do you think, Sean? Are we due for a trip to Uppsala? I haven't been there yet...

Ah...hope it get overwhelming success. If does so, it might get larger production. Just hope.
Once Grandmother gave her a little hood made of red velvet. Because it suited her so well, and she wanted to wear it all the time, she came to be known as Little Red Riding Hood

Bahar Pars feels an intense closeness to her part - apparently an unexpected intense closeness. Seems like she might be infected. ;)

Yes, I would definitely be up for that. The only thing holding me back from booking my holidays this year is that I am renewing my passport and won't be able to book until I know when it will be returned.
This is why I hope the play will have a long run.

Be great if it wound up on Broadway, since I live near NYC. :D

As far as I know, it's scheduled to run throughout May (I think the theater closes during the summer months, or at least has a reduced number of plays). If it's a success, I guess they might keep it on for fall as well, but who knows...

Hmm, I'm considering a trip to Luleå, Uppsala is quite a detour but not an impossible one.

I can't imagine how the zombie Håkan scene with Eli could staged in such a way that it serves its purpose in the plot without being unbearably uncomfortable to watch. I mean, it was almost too disturbing to read. Whenever I re-read the novel, I have to force myself to keep reading when I get to that part.

And poor Benke. I suppose if zombie Håkan is there, there will be no respite for Benke either. Is he still reading a Martin Beck novel? :)
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.
