Ohhh yes.

And how interesting that it springs from what is ostensibly such a dark figure, a nightmare even; a beautiful child vampire.

I think that it's very sweet that even flawed, damaged people can find love. The movie conveyed unconditional love very well.

Even Jezus? He was a human either, and there are many theories, that he have typical human disadvantages. That's why some historics (and priests either), said that only one person who could completly destroy the human salavation was not Satan but Jezus, because he was a human;p. Small anecdote;)

Well...About 600 hundreds year ago were existing a small group of poet called methaphysical poets. They were kinda weird, because they were using paradoks and thing which (on first sight) how no similiar features. For example one of them compare love, and lovers with flea, animal which bite them and mixed their blood in his own body. Weird isn,t it?

Anyway I want to say that. Paradoks etc. is something which hit in our mind harder than another typicall and boring story. The power is in contrast, and in something that (on the first sight) can,t cooperate with another thing. That's why LTROI stay in our mind forever. Because it mixed something, which (for ous probably), were completly I don,t know how to call it...impossible? Untill we read this book.

yes, even Jesus. No man or woman is flawless. As far as i know, all we are shown in the bible is his good side, which is easy to do when you completely omit the bad side altogether.

I don't believe in Jesus. But anyway I think I'm so drawn to the film because it is so real. When fiction has more truth to it than non fiction it is very, very special indeed.
Death changes everything, sweeps everything away. Even mistakes.

Yes I have heard that he was a humble man, i like that quote :)
I don't mind being proven wrong, especially when what I said was here-say anyway :) I've never read the bible so there ya go :p

Back on topic I have found through trial and error that facing ones dark side is the best way to overcome it.
