Best drawing ever, almost , exept some great fanart on this page .

This is exactly my point . What do Edward and Bella have to complain about? What reason do Edward have to not turn Bella into a vampire? In this series a vampire don't seem to have any weakness whatsoever, nor have to kill humans to survive, not like in LTROI where it is actual reasons for not wanting to be a vampire .

Edward to not have any tragedy in his life whatsoever, he only think he have cause he likes whining. Its not like he was castrated, tortured and molested by a vampire lord, turned into a vampire and forced to live isolated for 200 years meanwhile crying on top of corpses of people he involentarily killed. He would not be able to take ten minutes of Eli's life. So I concur with Eli and Oskar, Pussies
QFT and LMAO to the Drawing...I love it :)

I don't get it either (in regards to Twilight). For a book series that is supposed to be an escapist fantasy, where is the freaking danger? Like I get what its supposed to be, its supposed to be an escapist fantasy and such...and I would be fine with that if it didn't lack the key ingredient in Escapist Fantasy which is danger, real passion or thrills.

By making Edward so flawless within the eyes of Bella, it actually lacks any sort of real danger. He keeps prattling on about how its "SO dangerous for Bella to be with him"...yet the guy never drinks human blood, never feels the urge to kill a human, seems to have his blood lust under control...so remind me how is he dangerous again?

Like why is it SO dangerous for Bella to be around Edward when the Pussy has his blood lust completely under control?
Also if it is SO dangerous for Bella and Edward to be together, why in the hell do the Cullen family accept the relationship without fuss?

I could go on but what's the point. Bottom line is there is no real danger ever presented in those books. Its always been my problem with Twilight, that series severly lacks any sort of danger or the thrills that come with Danger.

So I concur with Oskar and Eli...Edward and Bella are Pussies :)

Yeah, I never understood that to tell you the truth about why Edward wouldn't turn Bella into a vampire if he wanted her to have a better life. I mean, if he wanted Bella to have a better life, then he shouldn't have dated her at all. . If Edward was in love with Bella, then he would of turned her into a vampire. The Volutri wasn't even that dangerous, they just stand there and look scary, which they weren't scary at all.

As far as Twilight is concerned... I think we under-estimate and over-estimate it all at the same time.

As an old Marketing saying goes... If you didn't get the ad, it wasn't meant for you.

I think this video explains the appeal of Twilight pretty well. This is pretty similar to what couple of people told me why they love twilight. Insecure/awkward girl (an every day girl) gets total acceptance/devotion from prince charming/awesome guy thing. Its basically teen female fantasy served up in a book form. Its like crack for girls, or so I hear.

For our European friends, Crack is a free based cocaine that be smoked. It is cheap and extremely addictive.

One of my friends showed that off as well and it pretty sums up what Twilight is as well.

Here's a review by The Spoony One, which he sums up with New Moon is.

Here's another where he talks about Eclipse.

brilliant!
... she looks like a kid who has just been overindulgent with chocolate cake or a messy candy bar...
I could just picture Arnold planting a bloody kiss on Oskar telling him "I'll be back."
