I already donate blood, and I already leave food out for the stray cats. So of course I would donate a little blood to feed a poor stray vampire like Eli. If it would allow them to stop killing, I would also donate blood for Abby and the vampire girl from the "If You Let Me" video.

Supposed that she needs 2 to 3 litres of blood each week.
In case of 2 litres, that's 4 people's regular donation. Which means that each would have to donate every 6 weeks - enough time to recover.
In case of 3 litres, each would have to donate about every month, which may be tight for red blood cells.

I would, without hesitation offer to feed her. On the subject of a rotating supply; assuming Eli can thrive, and not just exist, on three liters per week then she would need a group of no fewer than 228 persons. According to the American Medical Association, individuals will regenerate one pint of blood between 21 and 98 days. I've included a link below if you want to read the results of the study but you need to register. Supposing each 'doner' gave Eli one liter or approximately 2.1 pints of red stuff and figuring an average of 76 days to regenerate your donation (and I'm not sure the recovery times are static for additional amounts), that comes to 38 days * two pints times three donations per week brings us to 228 willing doners. This of course also assumes the doners are within easy access. I guess we're all moving to Sweden. Needless to say, I don't think she'd go for it. Too great a risk of exposure in my opinion and I think she'd be wierded out by a town full of people waiting around to donate blood.

I would be happy to do this. I give blood over 2 years. In me country man can give blood every 8 weeks but not more that 6 times per year, and 4 times woman.
So a man can give 2.7 liters, and woman 1.8 liters.

3 litres per week is 156 litres per year. Assuming that everyone give him blood 4 times, we need 87 persons.
I am sure that our community can do even better than that.

I would! Blood sample last year was nothing. giving blood to Eli would be like a dream, my only demand would be to meet her after.
