Here's a neat little item. UK based outfit called Death Waltz Recording Co. offering a limited edition of LTROI soundtrack on LP. Death Waltz sells LP scores to several cult films including Escape from New York and Zombie(Zombie 2 in UK). LTROI comes with a free poster/print of the specially created cover art which is pretty cool. Available in black or white vinyl. Depending on your point of view this LP either a cool collectible or for completists only.

Woa!
That picture conveys a tremendous sense of loneliness, but it's so beautiful...

Don't have a vinyl player, but I'm going to get it anyway.
I just love that score.

I want this. I have a turntable in the attic. Buying this would be as good a reason as any to bring it down.

I just bought the 40th one of the white vinyl version. There are now 160 left. $35USD (including shipping) seems a huge bargain to me.
And I don't own - nor do I plan to buy - a turntable.

...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.

I do own a turntable, but that LP goes on the wall..After I listen to it a few times naturally.
Now lets see who gets it first..Me or You!
