they just barely got LTROI here in my part of North Carolina- I might have to get on a boat to England to pick up a copy
If you still have decent bookstores where you live I'm a little jealous because down here in Georgia I've got nothing.
I ordered my copy of
LTODD from Amazon UK just yesterday and got an e-mail a few hours later telling me it had already been dispatched. I'm still a bit nervous because I've never ordered anything from overseas, but so far so good.

This is my third book from Amazon UK and I can assure you that I never had any problems with their orders.

I bought the blu ray release of LTROI from Amazon UK and I was satisfied with their service. Can't wait to get my hand on LTODD, listening to the LTROI soundtrack at the moment.

My copy of LTODD left
Croydon on 29th of August and arrived on US shores in Secaucus , New Jersey on August 31!
THAT'S PRETTY SPEEDY!
At this velocity I should have the book by Wednesday or Thursday.

Where did you order from? My Amazon UK pre-order arrived yesterday.
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.

Same place you did. For some reason it always takes about a week.
