Singing along today while folding laundry.

. . . and each day you feel NICER!

I'll break open the story and tell you what is there. Then, like the others that have fallen out onto the sand, I will finish with it, and the wind will take it away.

Glad you posted them. The lyrics spoke to me, too, Geoff. And I enjoyed the beautiful Beethoven Romance as well as the Mozart concerto that followed it.
“For drama to deepen, we must see the loneliness of the monster and the cunning of the innocent.”

I see little Eli sitting on a hill looking up at the moon.Asking for it to find Oskar and perhaps remind him of her love for him.So heartbroken and alone she finds solace in the moon, perhaps her only friend for centuries.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anQlB3-PQZ4.

Absolutely beautiful!
We never stop reading, although every book comes to an end, just as we never stop living, although death is certain. (Roberto Bolaño)

Thank you for putting Eli and the moon together. And the way you wrote it...asking the moon to find Oskar; and maybe remind him of her love; and Eli so heartbroken and alone.

Question--When are you going to put your feelings and insights into a story?

To tell you the truth I have caught the writing bug.I'm getting braver about it all the time.So don't be surprised when you get panicky messages that start with "Help,I'm stuck"
