Such a wonderful composer. His beautiful music will live on well after his crazy anti-Semitism is forgotten. (I hope so anyway). Many consider him to be the father of contemporary classical music.I'm not an apologist for him but many people of his era thought the same way.(That of course doesn't make it any less crazier). The danger is that if we forget we run the risk of it all happening again.I'll remember him for being both.I guess you can be a genius and an A...hole at the same time.

Sorry almost forgot.I think you can see into Eli's heart and soul with this piece. All the loneliness and despair. Her hopes and fears. Her pain and suffering.Makes me cry every time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dyurrxgq9Q

First, this classic by Iron Maiden:
Then this cover by a Finnish band:
You be the judge.

OMG Pete.I think I like the Finnish band the best.I've seen them cover other songs and they can make anything sound good.I first saw them in this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4Ao-iNPPUc They're great and I swear I've jammed with guys like that. When you first see them they sort of freak you out a little as they look a little strange but once they start playing all of that is forgotten. But I wish they wouldn't wear what was probably recent road kill and dinner. It can get a little smelly in closed off garages..lol.

I'll break open the story and tell you what is there. Then, like the others that have fallen out onto the sand, I will finish with it, and the wind will take it away.
