Steven Pacey audiobook
I asked this a few years ago but I think most people here hadn't listened to it yet. Does anyone know how good/bad the audio reading from Steven Pacey is? (available under 'Let Me In' on Audible) I generally prefer physical books but I listened to the audiobook for 'It' and liked it quite a bit.
No banaaaanas?

I have Let The Right One In, and also Handling the Undead, read by Steven Pacey. He gives quite an animated reading where necessary, and has a good range of voices for the different characters.CyberGhostface wrote:I asked this a few years ago but I think most people here hadn't listened to it yet. Note, if you have already bought the Kindle book you can get a discount on the audiobook from Audible, at least you can in the UK, I presume you can in the US as well.
I don't know if you can buy it from the UK Audible shop, but it's only £3.99 at the moment, as opposed to $28.86 (showing on Amazon US)

Thanks. In regards to the deal however I'd have to repurchase the UK Kindle edition so combined it would be up to $11 so I'd probably just wait for another Audible credit if I decide to purchase it. (Plus I'd rather not look at Owen and Abby when I listen to it. )

For those interested Audible has a 50% off sale right now but you have to be a member.
Listened a bit to the audio for LTROI just to get a feel. Pacey pronounces Eli's name as 'Eee-lay' as opposed to 'Eee-lee' which I thought was a bit interesting.
