But--old enough not to remember birthday. And that deleted scene certainly seems more than a century in the past.

I don't think we know for a fact she's forgotten it - it can't be ruled out she was never sure of it, I've known a case like that; even with the deleted scnee, we know basically nothing about her pre-vampire background. I'm not convinced the deleted scene is clear enough to indicate that much time - although certainly not the recent past.
