A Happy Ending for LMI?
At the special thanks part of the credits, there is a train cackling. Then when you get to the camera products, there is the sounds of children playing. It sounded like to me that maybe Abby and Owen have a happy ending of their own!

Wow. I never noticed this. I'm gonna have to put the Blu-ray in again and listen close for it. Good find!ColBlair wrote:At the special thanks part of the credits, there is a train cackling. I think Michael Giacchino may have gotten the idea from Jerry Goldsmith's score for Poltergeist which uses children laughing at the music for the end credits. And Poltergeist would have been one main example of Spielburbia that Reeves was attempting to emulate with LMI.

Checked the Blu-ray. It's a little difficult to hear, you gotta turn the volume way up, listen close, and realize that it's slightly distorted by echo and the sound of wind over it, but it's definitely there. Made me very happy.
