This is a reminder for anyone living in UK that Let Me In is officially released here tomorrow (5th November).

I'll be going to see it again (I saw it during the London Film Festival), so I was wondering who else will be going?

I really can't see this doing much at the Box Office, although I did see an advert for it on the side of a bus recently. I'll predict that Jackass 3D will be the top film this week, not that I'll be going to see it...

The box office figures for Jackass 3D are sort of artificially inflated because they include the profit from forcing people to buy the 3D glasses. These figures are not necessarily a reflection of the number of butts in the seats. Even adjusting for this, J3D still kicked LMI's booty in the US.
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.

I'll wait till I can borrow someone's DVD methinks. Unlike LTROI, I have no desire to see this on the Big Screen...

Its not so bad, I saw 5 times. But of course all 5 times were free lol. It helps to be friends with the production manager at the theater :D

Hi everyone i have just been to the cinema with my eldest daughter who was like me very curious to see this American version.Well i have to say we were both pleasantly surprised at how good this film actually was.We both enjoyed the film throughout and the two leading actors were very good. Its more of a horror film than the Swedish version but that dosnt take anything away from the story, in fact its more dramatic .If anyone is thinking that they wont bother to see it on the big screen i would say do yourself a favour and watch it now for the full cinema experience. My daughter actually came away saying she prefered this version than the original ,i myself cant call it yet because its to soon but if i hadnt seen the original i would rate this as being one of my favourite films in a long time.
