I just love her hair and make-up in this! It's nice to see she still is doing what she seems to love! And that LTROI gave her the career boost she needed to get things going!

Here's a new image from another stage production that Lina Leandersson appears to be involved in. This time it's a play based on Norwegian poet and novelist's Terjei Vesaas book "Fåglarna"(The Birds). Here's the link to the synopsis of the novel: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/903205.The_Birds

Hear hear.

Here's to hoping there will be some more films in her career, as well as stage productions.

Yes, it'd be nice to see her in something showing in the U.S.

This is Lina's third stage play at the Royal Dramatic Theatre. Her debut was in 2015 in "The Wild Duck", written by Henrik Ibsen in 1884, followed by "The Birds", based on the 1957 novel by Norwegian writer Tarjei Vesaas. Beginning March 18, 2017, she'll be performing in a brand new work by Lars Norén called "Still Life" at the Royal Dramatic Theatre's Elverket stage. It seems that Lina is shunning film in favor of stage work, which makes me wonder if she had some bad experiences during the productions of her three films. It has been suggested that Lina does not like the spotlight, and may not wish to be an international celebrity. She has been trying to distance herself from "Let the Right One In", possibly because it was so huge and she doesn't want to be typecast. It's unfortunate that we may never see her perform again, unless you take a trip to Stockholm, but she is doing what she loves, and I admire her for that.

I don't think she has to worry about being typecast from LTROI. She's an adult now with 3 movies and 3 plays under her belt. As far as not wanting the spotlight, that's her call.
