this is why I dont know if I should or shouldnt watch the remake...what if it spoils the magic and charm for me?

I'll watch it just to see what its like and compare though I am pretty sure its the swedish movie specifically that charmed me and always will be =)

I don't think watching LMI will change your LTROI Infection at all. LMI is just another take on the story, more mainstream horrorish. Easier to watch, easier to digest, easier to forget. I have watched LMI two times, that'll do.
