Well, she is awfully pale, and her lips look awfully red... you don't suppose that maybe all the OTHER stuff she's been in really have her teeth CGI'd out because she's really Eli just using Leandersson as a stage name...!?

Was that on 4Chan by any chance?

There was a thread there where the OP asked whether they should watch let Me In or Let The Right One In. The overall consensus was towards the original

. Even 4Chan prefer the original.

I posted one of those Arbiter images (I think it was that one, the filename was 'Arbiter Opening 12', or something very close, but definitely 12 at the end. I'll check when I get home).

There was a surprising amount of love for Let The Right One In.

Yep, the file was called 'Lina Arbiter Opening 12'. But 4Chan would have renamed it something like '1280335531161.jpg'

I've always felt that she smiles in this way because it is normal for her. If the lower part of her face was narrow (which it obviously isn't), she could show as many teeth as anyone else. That's just the way it is.
