Actually I could like a cruise from Seattle and north.

Thanks. I don't think it will be live on the internet. Maybe they will place it in their archives eventually.drakkar wrote:gary: Now it's exactly three days and one hour until the program starts.

It appears that the canal cruise is now finished and is available on NRK's WebTV page. The URL is above. Enjoy!

Thanks. I think this is the best way watching it; they had problems with the live broadcast now and then. The topography is very difficult - in some locations the links had to be provided by helicopter!

Re: Norwegian canal cruise?????
I've watched about a third of the cruise, and yes, they did have some technical problems. Probably the same problem that I have had with my satellite radio receiver when I put it in my car (it normally stays in my house). Everytime I get my car in a somewhat closed in area, especially with lots of trees, the signal will be lost. And some parts of the cruise are closed-in. Out on the wider portions of water the signal seems OK.
But the cruise is fine. Not as spectacular as Hurtigruten, but not to be sneezed at either.
