Tomas Alfredson Interviewed by The Wasteland 03/12/09

Postby Wolfchild » Thu May 28, 2009 12:12 am

Although this is billed as a "Tomas Alfredson Interview" I somehow get the feeling that it is actually put together with quotes from some other interview - perhaps more than one - but if this is true then I have yet to find the original. In any case, I really like the closing quote from Alfredson in this 03/12/09 interview with Darryl King's The Wasteland blog.
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.
