Just wait until she received our little thank-you gift - we'll get sued for harassment as fast as we can say "Lina is awesome" .

I don't know much about Facebook, but if I knew for a fact that Lina was on FB -- and if she was willing -- I would correspond with her. Isn't that why people have a FB account? And don't they have to "friend" you before you can post on their account? Remember, Lina will be 15 on the 27th of this month; she's not such a little girl anymore. And matching someone letter for letter is not stalking, it's communicating. And I would definitely invite her to check out this website, if she hasn't already. I would also encourage her to post a message as well.

The problem, which Woofy has pointed out, is being certain the person you are talking to IS Lina. As we found out with JAL -- who thankfully turned out to be the real deal -- this is not easy. So, personally, I think I'll pass on doing the FB thing for a while. :)

Hmm its a very touchy subject facebook .I have 2 daughters of my own who both have facebook accounts and i wouldnt be happy if any strangers or people my age tried to contact them, althrough Lina is an actress from a popular film she prob gets a lot of attention its hard to call.I bet she has already seen this site anyways she is a 15 year old girl, of course she will be looking up any information that is connected with her performance i would if i was her.She seems like a very mature sensible young girl i was impressed with her acceptance speech at that awards show her and Kare were at, but at the end of the day she is still only 15 if she were my daughter i would be keeping a close eye on her facebook account if she was gonna put herself out there.

There are currently 5 "Lina Leandersson" Facebook pages for individuals, that is, not fan pages. And one "Leandersson Lina". I wonder which one, if any, are the star of my favorite movie?

About 9 months ago, I was told by a person who is acquainted with Lina that she do not have a Facebook account.
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.

I somehow have a strong aversion for blogs that have nothing of substance to say but "Today I was suffering from loose stool"; same goes for similar Facebook entries, of course. What I dislike even more is the contemporary habit of carelessly posting photos of oneself and others on the internet that might fall back on you years later. We all have done stuff in our "young years" that we would shake our heads over in disbelief later on (and hell, I'm only 25-to-come, so I'm certainly not the one entitled to swagger about life), but at least, it wasn't half the globe watching. Now the pictures posted here are harmless so far, but I'd hate to see Lina (or anyone else in that respect) posted on sites like "decorating-drunks.biz" or whatever, you get the picture.
