Well this might be but I think additional narration is a legit style in comics and movies as well. Frank Miller, the creator of 300 and Sin City is using it in his works and its used in the movie adaptions also.

I like the presentation. I think it would be cool to do a part of the Prologue. The part were the people are moving into the town and bringing their things. ;)

Just a thought...
Perhaps the best way to present these is by picking several famous scenes from the book/movie and illustrate one essential part of those scenes.
4 or 5 panels per comic...no more.
Short and to the point.

I get that! Still, we love your style and your understanding of LTROI. If you did a comic book, I'm pretty sure it would be an international hit.

But, yeah, I get the job thing. To do a comic book of this huge story sounds like a full-time job for about a year.

Indeed im doing a comic book right now - after my regular work time of course. Maybe it will help me to get out of here :D
