Re: Scene With Love Promotion
yes, thanks Eve!
Also: any news about the London production? To my simple understanding or the theatre's web site, it looks like the entire run is about sold. yes?

And i'm happy to say that i got mine today!![]()
I have to mention here the recurring currishness of my 'trusty' Postman! The envelope said in big red letters "DO NOT BEND!" And what did he?! He folted the living hell out of it and crammed just half in my mailbox...hmmm maybe he is looking for a nemesis?

Re: Scene With Love Promotion
This scenario scared me to death. We have a pretty small mail slot ourselves. So when I heard the doorbell ring this afternoon, I asked my wife if she was expecting anything. Nope! She wasn't. So I casually walked to the front door and opened it. (And if you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.Daniel Ether wrote:...I have to mention here the recurring currishness of my 'trusty' Postman! There it was, leaning against the wall on the porch, unbent and unbroken; a huge brown envelope, a bit frayed on one corner, with the handwritten understatement of the year in the upper left-hand corner "Contains documents of no commercial value," and the return address of the National Theatre of Scotland in the upper right corner.
And the postman was nowhere in sight. Therefore, I firmly believe that Eli (or perhaps Hannah) delivered it herself (or maybe, just maybe, Einstein. The fray marks DID look a bit like canines).
(or perhaps it was unbent because mine said, in big red letters, "PLEASE DO NOT BEND." Perhaps the PLEASE is what did it.)
Inside, along with a personal note from Eve, were all the treasures that I'm sure the rest of you got or will get.
Hurrah! And thank you again, Eve, for taking the time and effort to make this all possible (And of course, Wolfchild)
I'm particularly looking forward to seeing the National Theatre of Scotland's LTROI in San Francisco. If they're showing it in London, they simply have to show it in San Francisco. After all they already presented 'Black Watch' here.

So are these original or replacement packages that have started arriving?
I'm in southeast England and haven't seen anything yet.

I'll keep looking out for the postman.
Re: Scene With Love Promotion
I'm pretty sure the ones arriving across the world (not in the UK) are the originals. 5 to 8 weeks is pretty standard for economy international delivery times. I don't think any replacements have been posted yet, Eve would have said something.Nightrider wrote:These are the replacements.Swaefheard wrote:So are these original or replacement packages that have started arriving?
