Read Once Bitten then, it is amazing! And maybe some of mine too ;)
Even LTODD continues. It never ends, 'cause Oskar and Eli's relationship never ends!
And actually, the book, the movie, the idea behind LTROI even lives longer than us. JAL will die, we will die, but LTROI will always be. Just like Eli and Oskar.

But it's true what you said, never though about it that way. We all die, but somethings lasts forever.
