As I saw that quite a few people were wondering:
I asked John's literary agent for foreign rights, and her response was that yes, it will be included in Paper Walls, which will be published by Thomas Dunne Books/St Martin's Press, USA; Text Publishing, Australia; and Quercus, UK respectively.

However, she has no information on release dates as of yet - her impression was that they will probably put out Little Star first.

As soon as I hear anything I will let you know.
