Ha! I knew it was a fang all along. And a cute little fang, at that. :D

That doesn't look like a fang to me, the shape is wrong and it wouldn't be visible with her mouth closed.

In the UK audio commentary, TA states that Lina's dentures only put a little emphasis on her canines. If you want to see her fangs, watch the deleted scene where Oskar and Eli are lying on the ground, hissing at each other. You can clearly see Lina wearing dentures (She's got an obvious overbite).

This has been up earlier. The conclusion was blood.

DMT didn't want to believe that. That's why I referred him to the deleted scenes. It's really a pity they took this one out, but I guess it's part due to Lina's overbite, which looks a bit strange.

In the commentary, they actually make a point of that no fangs are visible, except for one place: When Eli is awaken in the tub, there is a hint of a fang which the bluray people can see and dvd owners cannot. (Lina's corner tooth? Or cotton pad behind the upper lip - ask Lina!)

On the UK commentary they also commented on Lina's dentures (only slightly emphasizing the canines).

Fang, fang, fang.

If Lina says it's not a denture, I'll believe. Otherwise, it's all opinion. :P

EDIT:

P.S.: Wolf, hate to talk like a lawyer and all, but you're now estopped to deny that it's a fang. After all, it's called "Eli's Fang," and you allowed it to pass out of Moderation, and . . . you wouldn't allow anything to be posted that was inaccurate or misleading, would you?

I'd rather say, it's all defective vision :P  .
