Who else cried?

Post by the_value_of_x » Sat Apr 30, 2011 4:05 pm

I do not cry much when it comes to films or books or even video games for that matter. But for some reason, LTROI was a very emotion experience. If you cried too, which part?

Once I was on the schoolbus on my way home. And I listened to Eli's theme on my Ipod. I teared up..
Does that count?
But other than that, no I haven't cryed to the movie. One bit..

Have to admit when I started watching LTROI I would get teary eyed, especially when Eli told Oskar she had to leave after killing Lacke (who of course is the one I should have really have been sad for).

Yep, I too got all teary eyed when Eli departed after killing Lacke  and then again when Eli smiled at Oskar with her eyes after rescuing him at the pool. :D

I'm not sure but think it might have been the Candy-store Hug, first time :D

Or was it Snotty Oskar at the Window?

Same here, and especially when listening to the end title music after Oskar tapped on Eli's trunk knowing that they were together, (and thanks to the events in LTODD, forever :D :D :D).

I haven't really cried... but in the key scenes (some of you already mentioned a few) I always feel such warmth :) Kind of like a... bittersweet happiness I guess. Not really sure how to describe it.

This.
Don't remember crying at any part, but I was often filled with this kind of feeling.
