Could someone tell me if these captures are from the extras of a BluRay. I have the BR but sadly didn't get any "making of" stuff like this.
It surprises my that Lina was used in this scene. An extra would have done when all you see is a hand.

The US Blu Ray does contain this "making of" footage. Unfortunately, this version does not contain the director's/writer's commentary. I think the UK version has both, but not sure.

Believe it or not, I've seen movies where they did a terrible job at using hand doubles. Plus, it's not like they had a fussy Hollywood prima donna who refused to get wet to do a scene like this. Using Lina for the shot just made sense.

You can see it at youtube. On a different note, I'm liking your new avatar Ash.
"Can we die?" "Of course we can." Eli put his hand on his heart, felt the slow beats. Maybe it was because he was a child. Maybe that was why he hadn't put an end to it. The pangs of conscience were weaker than his will to live.

Btw it's great seeing Lina smiling off camera. She had lots of fun making this movie.

I did some more sniffing around, and yes, these scenes are from the the 8 minute behind the scenes featurette.
Has anyone seen the new BR with the 40 minute "The Phenomenon of Let The Right One In", with actor interviews?
I guess I'll have to buy that version too - that will make my 4th one to add to the Swedish, English DVD and English BR releases I have. Sigh.

I think it turned out to be vaporware.

I'm beginning to think that is Lina's favorite pose. She has done it for several pics.

Have you seen this site?

The photos could be stills from the behind-the-scenes-video here.
