Does anyone else think this was his best novel so far? It's hard for me to say for sure given how important LTROI is to me but looking back I think it's his strongest in terms of writing and characterization.

I don't know if I would say best, but I think it's probably the funnest. I'm reading it right now. I really like Teresa. Even more than Theres. But back to best work... IMO, LTROI is his best story. Harbor is told the best. The only book I've read that the sub characters are just as interesting as the main. Little Star is a great book though, and one of my favorite rereads.

LTROI all though the best book I have ever read story wise, is not as well written as Little Star. And Little star is pretty good!

I lent it to my niece a week ago, she hates reading but loves it!! It's a good sign. And she's a teenage girl, talk about target demographic 8-)
