One good reason to be happy that the world didn't come to an end.
We never stop reading, although every book comes to an end, just as we never stop living, although death is certain. (Roberto Bolaño)

Is that the cover? :o

Not impressed that much.
Once Grandmother gave her a little hood made of red velvet. Because it suited her so well, and she wanted to wear it all the time, she came to be known as Little Red Riding Hood

It´s horrible, I agree. I asked them to have another one, but apparently this is the type of cover needed to sell the book, in the publisher´s opinion. And if they feel that way, I don´t have the time to argue about such things. As long as the words inside the covers remain the same ... ( I wrote a post on my swedish homepage about how Universal music actually granted me the rights to use the lyrics for Thank you for the music, without having to pay or anything. One of the few instances where I don´t have to take out lyrics from songs in the english translation of my books)
The only consolation in regards to the cover is that they´ve promised to have a different one on the paperback.
And the australian one is really quite OK.
