Nice.
This is before the second encounter between Oskar and Eli.
Here is the text for if you can't read it.

If she did not come. If she did not showed up, well it was not important. Then why did he keep looking out the window?
So if she did not show up? It would be better. She had been rude to him. That girl had been spying on him.
Then why did he not go and sit next to his mom and watch the show. Nutcrackers was on tonight.
He could watch it and enjoy the show with his mom. Watching tv with his mom brought them together. Except...
There he saw the girl. Oskar got up.
"I am going outside."
"But Nutcracker is on tonight."
Oskar hear his mom's disappointment.
"I won't be long."
Maybe for tonight, Oskar just wanted for things to be different...

Here is my last entry for this cool thread:
November 13, 1981
Steffan was drinking a coffee. It had been another good day at work. Get the ticket, rip the ticket in half and give the other half to the customer.
Then he had to check that everyone on the train had a ticket. For those who were trying to get a free ride. Well, those he kindly led them out of the train. He did not want to bother the other riders in the train. But it was rare for him to find trouble makers on his turn.
But his thoughts kept coming back to that boy. That boy who had rode alone on the train. He certainly looked happy, maybe he was waiting for someone. It was probably someone special. In a few seconds they would reach the train station. Maybe he would ask him if he needed some help with the boxes....
