Your drawing ability is impressive. The detail of the solid straight pool lines broken up by the water, the look on Oskar's face and his uncertain stance in the water, Jimmy crouching by the poolside - these really make the scene. Really terrific!

( I've always wondered what the boys were going to do if Oskar hadn't come over to the side of the pool. Were they going to jump in and fetch him? )

Thank you! It was this one of the two that took most of my time! :D

Yes I've wondered about that also, actually. :P

Yes, the pool bottom, distorted by water is very realystic! And Oskar gradually becomes Intrige's Oskar, her own style :)
He is looking at me, silently, expectantly, in the near-dark room, neither smiling nor frowning; gaunt as a Belsen child, proud as the Devil, distant and beautiful as a star. [DMt.]

Awe, I've got my own Oskar now. How sweet ;) I am glad you liked it!!
It's quite comical how you guys are going apesh*t over the line in the pool being distorted in the water. It was just an uneven line, I took a screenshot from the movie, at the poolscene, and the angre I adopted. Not Oskar, or his pose, not Jimmy and his pose, but the angle of the pool, although all of Jimmy's butt was out of frame, I drew from. I guess those uneven lines makes the drawing more alive :)

Awesome :O The water,Oskar's face, everything in this drawing is so expressive! You should draw comics :)
How much time took while you drew it?
"I'm like you.- What are you staring at? Well? Are you looking at me?-Those were the first words I heard you say. Please Oskar... Be me, for a little while."

Thank you!!
It took me maybe an hour to draw, wasn't challanging at all. The shading took most time :)
