This is yet another one from the short story about Eli’s past, 100 years before Oskar. Eli has a premonition. I’ve got to hand it to Daniel. He even got the notes right. :D

And as the music swelled and finally the powerful voices thundered around her, she felt a deep happiness, a strange feeling that there was a bright light ahead; even for her. For a brief moment, she saw a vision of herself staring into the deep blue eyes of a beautiful blond-haired boy who smiled at her and called her ‘Eli,’ and called her ‘Elias,’ and loved her despite what she was; a vision that slowly faded as she desperately reached out her hand to him.

Yes, I remember this piece.
The picture is incredibly cute and appropriate to the moment.
Honestly, I'ts hard to me to imagine, how it could be painted in realistic style.
Especially after Daniel :)

Thanke you! :) I still enjoy working on this drawings so so much, but sadly i hardly found time to draw the last two months. also for the forum itself :( i hope it gets better now.

This scene really touched me when i read it and especially to reread it after hearing the 9. symphony myself for the first time was really good.
Luckily i stumbled upon a recording of Barenboims WestEast Divan Orchastra with an awesome interview of Barenboim himself at the beginning. It really really got me :)
