After months of battling my own ignorance and with much hand holding from Ken and Jeremy I think I finally have a Content Management System up and running where people can upload pictures of fan art and view art that others have uploaded. To upload you must must request a login, but anyone may view postings there. The rules for uploaded content there are the same as for posting in the forums.
