Moonless night
Silent shadow
Wraith in the dark
Gliding past
Golden eyes search
Scent on the wind
So close the prey
Hunger
Stalk closer
He begins to turn
Spring forward
Grasping hands clutching
Fierce hug
Gentle kiss
Eternal friend
My beloved soulmate
Moonless night
Moonless night
Flashing lights and screaming siren
Scrambling for heartbeat
Straining for a breath
Looking for recognition in the eye
Staving off the Reaper one at a time
Scrambling for heartbeat
Straining for a breath
Looking for recognition in the eye
Staving off the Reaper one at a time

Beautifully done! I am now officially a fan!
We never stop reading, although every book comes to an end, just as we never stop living, although death is certain. (Roberto Bolaño)

Definitely give yourself great credit for this one. It starts of sinister and ends almost playfully. Definitely a favorite!
