Meeting of the Minds
Just a light little tale; and please let me know it there’s anyone’s ox left ungored.

If I said that this story was fun and entertaining that would be a HUGE understatement. Satire at its best and spread very evenly with your masterful talents of storytelling Pete. I was equal parts amused and intrigued with the occasional thrown in. That story was great fun! Surely you had a blast writing it.

Re-write the story into a script, and catch the next train to Hollywood. Or the next flight to Stockholm (don't stop over in Los Alamos).

Thanks, Moon! I was actually almost afraid to post this. It was uncharted territory for me, and I could just imagine everyone scratching their heads and saying "Huh?"moonvibe34 wrote:If I said that this story was fun and entertaining that would be a HUGE understatement. (Even though, to quote Lina about playing Eli, “It WAS great fun.”)
Or Albuquerque…or Mexico City! Thanks!gary13136 wrote:Re-write the story into a script, and catch the next train to Hollywood. Or the next flight to Stockholm (don't stop over in Los Alamos).

No worries, I laughed at that line. And I've actually been tempted to write a Mexico City version of LTROI...PeteMork wrote:Thanks! (Sorry! Just a bit of artistic license.)lombano wrote:

This was very cute. I loved the part when Oskar and Owen see that each of them have boxes and are tapping--that's when I knew the story was taking a serious tangent! Then the girls emerge and start in on each other. Very funny. You should e-mail it to Matt Reeves, TA and JAL...
