Brilliant!

My solution rename all bird feeders as squirrel feeders.

@dongregg craftily places a circular, see-through, refrigerated case in the middle of his garden. The case is suspended above the ground by several taut cables. NIghts, the case is empty. Midday, the case has a liter of O-pos. The case can be moved off to each side of the garden and into the shadows if the right cable is pulled. For the first couple days, he allows it is no more complicated than that. But after he spots a successful retrieval, he decides to make the enterprise harder. He switches up which cable has to be pulled and attaches a ring puzzle to the pull end. Now the puzzle has to be figured out before the cable can be pulled and thus the case brought out of the midday sun and into the shade. He sets up to wait and see how longs this raised level of challenge holds out.

I'll bet you can think of the same two as me as you listen to this, particularly at the points where they're repeating "up all night get <various animal noises>" :) In fact, I think they'd overall have a lot of fun with the lyrics

I don't think my dog is up to this. I think catching his frisbee and lying on the rug under the dining room table will remain his two specialties.
