Are those silver curved braces on the seats made of aluminum or plywood? ('Yes' is not an acceptable answer. :D )

My vote goes with plywood.

Also, no metal plate on the brake this year? Everyone's a critic. :D ;)

:) I was wondering the same thing. At the same time, I think the beautiful, rounded shape of the brake handle itself is a perfect example of the TLC required to produce a gem like this. Good work, ACL!

The seat side plates are plywood. The brake has a metal plate, but it isn’t visible in the photos.
