2021-July-07 Concert in Halmstad, Sweden (Looks like a lovely place on the coast drive between Helsingborg and Gothenburg)

She just gets better and better.

And then there's this; one of the best versions I've ever heard:
We never stop reading, although every book comes to an end, just as we never stop living, although death is certain. (Roberto Bolaño)

I came across this song and artist looking for music to write to, and it did the trick for some fantasy stuff I'm working on:
-

I was put in the mood for some of this style of music and world building having recently visited a local renaissance faire. And speaking of which, I saw two great musical acts there, one was a group called the Jackdaws, who make "Bar Fight Music" :D , and the other is a traveling musician, Vince Conaway, who specializes in the hammered dulcimer (I love this instrument). Oddly enough, there's a video from a couple years back of the violinist from the Jackdaws ("Buttercup") improvising with Vince:

Thanks. For the Weary has a Japanese koto sound.

A childhood memory of mine: Östen Warnerbring singing in the radio.
This song, for instance:
But from the beginning Eli was just Eli. Nothing. Anything. And he is still a mystery to me. John Ajvide Lindqvist

This is lovely. Yet, what a complicated looking instrument! I need to see where I can find such an thing.
Her playing is a joy.

[Edit...] Forgot to point out nyckelharpa is a traditional Swedish instrument.
