Thanks Christ there was no electric eye in Sweden, 1982. Otherwise Eli would have been found and destroyed immediately.

Although we can see her reflection, it is an open question whether or not these newfangled digital cameras can capture her image. Remember, Hoyte filmed LDRKI on real film stock. ;)
...the story derives a lot of its appeal from its sense of despair and a darkness in which the love of Eli and Oskar seems to shine with a strange and disturbing light.

"...I am perpetual, I keep the country clean..." *warbling away*

Talking clean country: I wonder if Eli would have been suspected to be a communist, should someone have actual notice of her :D .

And now:

Lifelover - "Sweet Illness of Mine"

And, of course:

Ulver - "Dressed in Black"

Yeah, I did take my handle from an Ian Astbury lyric, but it was from Wolfchild's Blues, which was the B side of the Love Removal Machine EP.

I'm curious: Is this considered to be DM? Or BM?

If so, what exactly puts the "M" in it?

Edited: Because how I originally worded it sound unintentionally snotty.
