You'll have to say. I guess, because she's Eli's age? But she sure lit my fire. Goosebumps at first, then excitement, joy.

Been having a ELO / Jeff Lynne fest of sorts. The 'Out of the Blue' album has been a regular fav with me and the kiddos for years. At some point we found ELO's original album and that's been the constant for the last weeks. Now, bridging into later items like 'The Long Wave' and 'Alone in the Universe'. And there's lots more to come - for as long as this continues.

Just watching TV and finding some good stuff.

Johnny Cash!

Cowboy music from Jerome Moross.

I'll break open the story and tell you what is there. Then, like the others that have fallen out onto the sand, I will finish with it, and the wind will take it away.

Eilert Pilarm - "In the Ghetto"

LTROI OST. Sublime. It has only taken 3 years for me to be able to listen to it all the way through without getting too dewy eyed.

I'm a sucker for raw, solo talent, and this girl is full of it. 12 years old and writes, sings and plays her own songs. Funny. Don't think I've been a fan of a real 12 year old before.

James Hunnicutt, "99 Lives":
