The cutlery isn't Swedish. It might be Danish, though.
It is, however, designed by a Swede, Torun Bülow-Hübe, like Thomas Johnson says in the movie.
I haven't been able to find who actually made these knives, but they are marked Dansk International Designs. Here's a Wikipedia article about this American company.
