Oskar will probably regret his decision more than a little, in the sense that there'd definitely be nights when he wishes that he could just be a regular sleeping in his bed in his mom's apartment, instead of wherever he and Eli happen to be. However, I'd like to think that he'll do it all over agai...

I didn't like it either. It seemed like the reviewer had a bunch of preconceived notions of what vampirism stands for and tried to make it fit the movie even when it's wrong. Like there was nothing pleasurable about Eli's bite and the whole vampirism = sex thing is wrong when the characters are 12. ...

I like to think that a lot of old members are still lurking around.

Changed from theatrical subs, I take it. I never saw it in the theater, so I only have the subs via amazon prime, and my dvd, to go by. How different are they? Are they less accurate?

I would certainly prefer a sequel over a prequel. It just seems like a prequel would just be misery porn. I would like a sequel on the condition that there is a happy ending. Otherwise, I would prefer the story not be continued at all.

Not to be overly negative, but why is this a series? It's literally not possible for this to last more than one season because kids grow.

If Eli is so good of an actor, she deserves her human servants and she still wouldn't be evil because she's only trying to survive.
