Re: Who was singing before Oskar hit Conny?
Yeah it i Andreas you can see his lips moving in this scene http://movieclips.com/xQJ3-let-the-right-one-in-movie-oskar-fights-back/, I also do not believe it would be the little kids because Oskar's bullies are notorious for calling him piggy it would be a huge coincidence if one of the little kids...

Re: Håkan’s and Eli’s Gender
I would not say that Hakan has a preference for males. During the first kill we read about he happens upon a small girl who is walking through the woods singing. He wants to pursue her, take in the scent of her hair. Then he decided that would cause to much of a scene so he focuses on finding a suit...

This doesn't make sense
This website is much like Rotten Tomatoes except it rates books, the weird thing is critics responded very differently on the same book with a different title. I wonder why there was such a big gap when the only thing that differed from the books was Let Me In versus Let The Right One In. http://idr...

Re: What's in a name?
Maybe Eli knew Tommy would freak out when he found out Eli was a vampire. So he decided to wear the dress to appear more innocent and vulnerable. Giving Tommy the impression that he was in charge of the situation, when in reality Eli always was

The only reason I noticed it is because I have recently re-read LTROI for the third time.

Re: What's in a name?
[...] Hadn't she been told to take something of his ? -[...] Nope. In the film yes, but not in the novel. Actually in the book Eli is told to take something of Oskar's. Couldn't muster the energy to ask. Eli crouched don next to the plastic bag, untied it and started to pull out his clothes. "You c...

Re: Music used in NTS production
[...] What music do you think of when you read the novel of LTROI? Flickan i hagen with Vikingarna , Oskar's favourite. Maybe this link will work outside Sweden? http://open.spotify.com/track/5VNQ2URSkauPqK32egLCX8 I get an "address invalid" message when I try to open any of these... What are...

Re: How did you discover LTROI?
I was on stumbleupon and came across this link about a year ago http://www.highexistence.com/25-spectacular-movies-you-probably-havent-seen/ and had seen and liked a few of the movies on there so I decided to start from the top of the list and make my way down. A lot of these titles are on Netflix, ...

Re: Eli's posessions
Maybe Eli never thought of it as stealing. Maybe he thought once the victims were dead their previous possessions were fair game, and so he told himself that in order to justify taking the money etc. Just my thoughts.
