I generally prefer to read books from the library first and I usually don't import from outside the US unless it's something like the UK Blu-ray where the commentary is only available on that disc.

Why does it take so long for the English translations?
Is it a rights issue with the publishers? Just kind of frustrating that it takes years for an English language release to be made (and an extra year after the UK editions for the US ones to come out).

Thanks... I guess if I had to choose one I'd pick the US edition because of the bonus story. Personally I prefer the UK cover just because of its atmosphere.
