Re: Rob Zombie on LTROI
Thank you for sharing. I'm not surprised he likes it. He also likes Halloween, another one of my favorites, which he ended up remaking. The original is better, though

Re: Boy Eli on set!!!!!
Thank you, Opeth. After looking some more on the site this photo comes from, it seems Rick Nunn is a photographer who either Photoshopped someone else's head onto a promotional still or used an entirely different person, or even a different room. He calls it his "Homage to an amazing film." Well don...

Boy Eli on set!!!!!
LOVE this photo!!! Not more than Lina, of course, but it's a nice addition. Could it be Susanne Ruben, who played aged Eli in the blood-mix and "be me a little" scenes? I'm pretty sure she's an adult, since she's been involved in film crews and production, and this person looks like a child, and a B...

Re: Virtual Book Club
hmmm... maybe i really should hit the gym again once in a while  Yeah, you hit the gym and get healthy. I'll be right here eating cake. Oh, right, the "Angby maybe" scene. I remembered the situation of them playing in the basement, but forgot the dialogue. Thinking back to when I read it, I'...

Re: Reinfection
I did a search on Jade Krenek. I didn't find any more poetry. I found a Youtube video of a young girl making a cool gymnastic move. The poems posted here are very honest. I'm sorry there aren't more. I looked her up, too. Maybe it's the same girl. I dunno. Indeed they are very honest and I can rela...

Re: Reinfection
Wow, thanks for the info. In one respect I admire her depth, but in another respect I feel bad her mind is (or was) weighed down by these things, especially at such a young age. I sincerely hope she was happy and able to enjoy being a kid.

Re: Reinfection
Beautiful poem and very true. Who's Jade? I mean, I know she's the author, but is she a well known poet?

Re: I Love Eli!
Intrige, isn't that the last level in some videogame somewhere?
By the way, I love Eli...and Oskar. I think it's just the book and film put us in Oskar's mind, so we fall in love with Eli as he does.

Re: Reinfection
Just saw it for the first time in about 6 months (which was when I showed it to one of my uncles) on my cell phone last night. I was lying in bed and thought, "Yeah, I'm doing this." I pulled it up (already had it downloaded), pressed play, and let go of my surroundings. It was late, so I fell aslee...

How it changed your life
Let the Right One In changed my life. Eli and Oskar's connection showed me a level of depth I was previously unaware of and has become a barometer for how close I want to be with my significant other, whomever it may be. It also showed me just how personal and private such a connection is. People ma...
