Re: A&E Remaking 'Let the Right One In'

A reporter called me yesterday. That was the first time I heard about this project. Not good at all. They should seek out and welcome your input. For me, the one thing that made the original movie so special was the emotional effect so brilliantly created by Tomas Alfredson. I'd like to be optimist...

Re: A really hot LTROI

I doubt that the unique Swedish perspective of the film would come through if the climate were changed to one of warmth. Re: A travel guide suggestion

The movie subject is grim. Abuse, neglect, rejection. If it weren't for the ending LTROI would be grim. I think the writer of the travel guide doesn't give enough weight to Oskar's rescue.

Still, even the ending can be grim. Just ask Conny.

Re: I see why you call this forum "we, the infected".

I just got a chance to watch this movie for the first time a couple days ago. Very odd that over the weekend I watched it 4 more times and Eli is the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning. Does this go away? When I first saw LTROI, I was haunted by the movie for months. It...

Re: ONLY 25 DAYS LEFT TILL ENGLISH RELEASE

I bought the blu ray release of LTROI from Amazon UK and I was satisfied with their service. Can't wait to get my hand on LTODD, listening to the LTROI soundtrack at the moment.

Re: Found amazing fanart!

Excellent find! That drawing captures the essence of Eli's sadness. Such emotion, it seems uncomfortably real.
