I know it's a bit off topic but how did you get infected?

I downloaded a trial version of Snagit and it seems to work pretty well but the only way I could get the audio was to jumper cable the external audio out to the audio in (it's the kind of cable you would use to plug your iPhone or MP3 player into the input of your car stero of boom box.)

With that smile.... how could anyone say no.
