Remember...what makes this show revolutionary is the fact that it's a fully regional staging. This is second or third production of this kind put on by drama departments of US universities. Whenever I'm at a used bookstore and I see
a Lindqvist book that isn't LTROI , I usually buy it
and give it away to some friends, since his short stories
and novels like Harbour and Little Star are a bit
harder to find

I think had TNT bought the pilot it would have turned out to be a complete disaster. I'm so happy with
this current development. Of course it's not over.
Some network may still pick up the rights for TV production, and then all bets are off.

Just because the pilot has been made, it doesn't mean
that the show will be picked up. I just know that
It's going to be an unmitigated disaster.
I do so hope that this clearly superfluous project will not
become a reality and won't ever get off the ground.
