Re: Novels
You might consider an electronic copy of the novel. I find having both a printed copy and an electronic copy exceedingly useful when writing. The ability to run searches on the text has found any number of things for me - making the electronic copy worthwhile. I agree. I got an electronic copy afte...

Novels
This may have been covered in another forum but I haven`t been able to find it so here goes. There are two novels, Let the Right One In and Let Me In, are they the same novel or are there differences. I haven`t seen the novel Let Me In myself but if it is different plan on getting it.

Re: Is it possible to look like Eli? *(book vers.)
Well dang, I guess I will keep Elus eyes brown in my stories, trying to stay as true to the novel as I can, and besides, my eyes are brown and I am doing okay

Re: Is it possible to look like Eli? *(book vers.)
And such ineffable yearning that one might feel from immersion in LTROI has already been provided perfectly: The Song of Wandering Aengus William Butler Yeats (from The Wind Among the Reeds , 1899) I went out to the hazel wood, Because a fire was in my head, And cut and peeled a hazel wand, And hoo...

Re: Is it possible to look like Eli? *(book vers.)

Just so you know.

Re: Is it possible to look like Eli? *(book vers.)
Thanks, that helps a little, Haken said herveyes were like Samuel Becketts so that would make them a steel blue so with your help I think I am going with that color, a bright steel blue. Well, that refers to the expression of Eli's eyes, rather than the colour: [Håkan] hade tittat in i Elis ögon oc...

Re: Is it possible to look like Eli? *(book vers.)
Eli has dark eyes. Find the place where Eli comes to spend the night in Oskar's bed. Hennes ögon var vidöppna, blåsvarta i månljuset. Here eyes were wide open, bluish black in the moonlight. When Lacke just has kicked Eli away from Virginia: Ett par enorma, mörka ögon mötte Lackes, A pair of enormo...

Re: Is it possible to look like Eli? *(book vers.)
My big question is this, what color are Eli and Oskars eyes? I cant find any reference in the novel describing their eye colors.
